I remember baking my first"fancy"decorated cake. I was asked to make this cake for an outdoor cookout. It was a cute yellow cake that i topped with white chocolate and orange sprinkled flowers (that's a mouth full, right?) I remember thinking "WOW I did that?!!!". Shortly after that I enrolled in traditional cake decorating classes and learned everything from Luscious butter cream to Fancy lattice work ( still not my favorite thing LOL). My LOVE for baking and decorating custom cakes has grown exponentially and I can't wait to see how far Bailey's Batter can go. ONWARD AND UPWARD!!!

Here at Bailey's Batter our goal is to craft the perfect batter for your cake, cupcakes, brownies, and much more. It all starts with a lil' love and a lab coat (or Apron LOL ) after all baking is a science.
